This part of Randpark Ridge enjoys one of the lowest crime rates in the area and its surrounds, which is largely due to the initiatives of the Randpark Ridge Crime Prevention Association.

The low crime rate in our area was not always the case.

Prior to the RPRCPA’s formation and our permission to put up booms with 24-hour guards, this area of Randpark Ridge had a crime rate similar to that of surrounding suburbs (which was unfortunately very high).

But this changed when the booms were introduced - together with 24-hour guarding.
